Scheduled tasks can be enabled or disabled

Scheduled tasks - or cron jobs - can now be enabled or disabled. So, now you don't have to remove a task and then add it back in - you can disable it temporarily.
You can manage all your Scheduled Tasks in Control Panel> Scheduled Tasks.
